| HAND RESISTANCE EXERCISES
These exercises are as effective, but they do not require
the use of the *Cox Headband Isotonic Unit to perform. The
position of each of the four (4) exercises is demonstrated in the pictures
on the left. Resist each neck movement with counterpressure from your hands,
to the comfortable tolerance of your neck muscles. Do each of of these
exercises 12 - 15 times, SLOWLY. Increase the resistance with your
hands as your improvement allows.
